My Opinion:
*Book provided by the publisher on
NetGalley in exchange for an honest review*
Ellie Rigby runs
a dating agency and wants to find out how couples can stay together and avoid
divorce. She is also struggling to get pregnant and then there is also her
husband Nick and this fact brings a wedge between them.
Ellie is
determind to find out what makes love last forever and goes on a research trip
all over the world, asking experts for advice. For this she leaves her best
friend Matthew behind, meets someone else and is always reminded of her
marriage. It’s a lot to take in and Ellie has to figure out a lot for herself,
her life and also the life of some others.
I liked
following Ellie around, seeing her at these different places, but sometimes
there was almost too much going on for me. I was also a bit surprise about
certain scenes and decisions. I still really enjoyed this book though.
Haley writing is
wonderful and full of vivid enegry. It has some LOL moments and is full of
heart.
