The Accidental Guest - by Tilly Tennant

Original Cover
My own copy

The blurb:

Soulmates don’t just fall from the sky… do they?
Hannah Meadows doesn’t believe in fate or destiny, or any of the other things people reach for when they lose control of their lives. That is, until a man arrives on her doorstep on Christmas Day begging for help. Hannah’s not the sort of woman to turn her back on someone in need, but this isn’t what compels her to aid the handsome stranger, nor is it the intense dark eyes, or the inexplicable feelings she quickly develops for him.
Something magical is coming her way, something that will turn her life completely upside down. Hannah Meadows may not believe in fate or destiny, but they seem to have other ideas…

A new series starting by Tilly Tennant, that just sounds like paradise. Andi t really is. The blurb sounded great and I really loved this story.

Hannah Meadows lives in this big house outside of Millrise. For Christmas her sister Gina and niece Jess are there to visit. The three ladies are getting the food ready, when the doorbell rings. In front oft hem stands a handsome stranger, who has hurt his head and who seems to have lost all his memory. He doesn’t know what happend to him, he doesn’t know his name, nothing... which of course makes him really mysterious and interesting ;)

They named him Tom and Hannah was really doing everything possible to help him. All this included a bit of flirting and talking.

The next day she tries to find him in the hospital, she sees him, but he is with someone...

Tilly’s writing made this a wonderful little Christmas read, full of love, festive atmosphere, happiness and family. I felt like being there with the characters, who were so well lined out. I cannot wait to find out more, need part 2 now!!!!
