My Opinion:

*Book provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review*

After Ria lost the love of her life her life got turned upside down. She is still struggling and other parts of her life don’t make it easier, especially her boss. When Ria finds herself at the airport, she makes a sudden decision.

One flight later she is in Crete. This beautiful island opens a lot of new possibilities for Ria. She starts working for novelist Caroline, as her assistant. And she also meets Tom a handsome and mysterious vineyard owner. The more she gets to know him, the more the secrets seem to untangle. Ria wants to find out more, but she has her own secrets. R9a enjoys being with Tom and they are really cute together. It was time for her to open up again and tell him everything, but can she do that?! And what about the mystery around this family?!

I really really enjoyed this story. Following Ria around was a great pleasure, I felt very close to her. Her emotions came through really well and I adored seeing her change and seeing her enjoy life again. I think my favourite scenes were the ones with Tom together. They have a wonderful connection and chemistry and the moments they shared were beautifully described. The mystery of the story is also a great bonus and brings it onto another level.
This book has it all: sweet moments, drama, emotions, light-hearted scenes, touching ones and much more. Lily’s writing brings such a fresh touch to it and the setting is just beautiful. It’s a story of second chances, love, family and deep emotions.

Heart-warming, uplifting, sweet, touching and just wonderful!
