Hey my lovelies

Hope you all had a fab weekend and a good start of the week today. It's time for this month's blogger Q&A.  The lovely Jo from Comet Babe's Books has agreed to answer my questions. Thank you so much hun for answering all my questions, I know there were a lot ;) xxx
Hope you're going to enjoy this everyone :)

1. Where were you born and where do you call home?

I was born and still live in a little town called Wigan it is between Manchester and Liverpool in North West, England

2. How long have you been blogging and why did you start doing it?

I set my blog up in September 2013, as the weeks went on I got more into blogging through twitter and have met some wonderful  bloggers and authors.  I started blogging  because I wanted to share my love books and was always being asked what books would I recommend.

3. What is the name of the book you most recently blogged about?

It is Cathy Bramleys Ivy Lane Summer, really love these books and the such a twist at the end of Summer.

4. What did you think about the cover?

I love the covers for these books, they make you want to go get an allotment and join in with the sense of community.

5. If you could ask the Author 3 questions what would they be?

Will Tillys background come flooding out in the next book?
Will Tilly choose Charlie or Aiden?
When will Ivy Lane – Autumn be released?

6. What is you most favorite character and why?

I have so many favourite characters I couldn‘t possibly choose, I am in love with Aven Ellis’s Harrison Flynn, from Waiting for Prince Harry.

7. What genre is your favorite and why?

I don’t really have one in particular, I like to swap between Fantasy/dystopian and Chick lick as I get bored reading the same kinds of books so like to change things around.

8. If you were shipwrecked on a desert island what 3 books would you want with you?

Do the Harry Potter and Twilight books count as one lol and I would take Gone with the Wind, still love this book so much.

9. Is there an Author that you would really like to meet?

I would love to meet Margaret Mitchell the author of  Gone with the Wind, then I could ask her why she never wrote another book and where did her inspiration for it come from.

10. Do you prefer ebooks, paperbacks or hardcover?

I don’t really mind, I like the accessability of ebooks, as you can read thse anywhere on your phone etc.  I do like the smell of paperbacks and hardcover but find hardcover books hard to hold as I dislocated my wrist some years ago and these make it ache terribily.

11. Where do you prefer to buy your books?

I really don’t have a preferance, will pick a book up anywhere, although I do find Amazon handy for ebooks, it is too easy with the oneclick button lol

12. Have you ever read a book more than once?

Oh gosh yeah, the Harry Potter books, the Twilight books, Gone with the Wind, I intend to re read Are you There God? It‘s me Margaret, was recently approved on netgalley for this, so many memories.

13. What book are you currently reading?

I am currently reading Holiday Reads by Elaine Spires, they are 7 short holiday stories and I have just finished the first one, great holiday fun.

14. What book are you about to start reading?

I have 2 to ready next Sophia’s Secret by Julie Ryan and High Heels and Bicycle Wheels by Jane Linfoot, looking forward to both of these.

15. Have you read a book that you would like to rewrite the ending of?

Oh yeah loads the one I was most disappointed in was Breaking Dawn, I much preferred the ending in the film to the book.

16. Do you have a favorite book cover? Chose up to 3 if you like.

Lol this really isn’t a fair question, there are so many lovely book covers out there and I really couldn’t choose 100 nevermind 3.

17. If you could plan the perfect holiday, what would it be?

I love going on holiday and would really love to go to Hawaii, so if money was no problem I would go there.

18. How often do you blog?

I try to blog at least once a day during the week and have weekends off,  sometimes I blog a couple of times in a day, this tends to be a review and then a cover reveal, working full time it is hard to do more than that, it can still be a little overwhelming especially when you see some bloggers posting 4/5 times a day.  I’m happy doing my own little thing and it makes me so happy that someone takes the time to go along and read what I write or post.

19. What’s your favorite color?

Black or pink, don’t really have a favourite.

20. What are 5 items you never leave home without?

Phone, purse, keys, pen, contact lens solution (if I leave it at home my contact lenses always play up).

21. Favorite book character crush.  Yes you can pick 2 ;)

Can I pick 3 lol!!
One has got to be Harrison from Waiting For Prince Harry by Aven Ellis, Aven writes such hot men!
The other 2 are Prince Caedmon from AJ Nuest Golden Key Chronicles and Declan from Rae Rivers Keepers Series.
I could go on forever as I love a hot man in any book.

22. Sleep in or get up early?

Sleep in, I hate getting up early apart from when I’m on holiday, feel like I’m missing out on the sun if I sleep in.

23. Summer or winter?

Summer, I hate being cold, although I like the winter for the nights you can curl up with a good book.

24. White wine or red?

White wine and it has to be really cold, although I did hear a wine grower on the radio saying that red wine should be slightly chilled as room temprature meant room temprature years ago when houses were colder (I have a mind of useless information).

25. Coffee or tea?

Coffee, although I have to restrict this to a couple of cups a day, as it stops me sleeping.   I have started drinking green tea with lemon as on its own its disgusting.
