2018 Favourites - January to June

It's Favorites time again!!!

At the moment I really love water with either fruit, herbs or vegetables in. It gives the water a fresh and exciting taste. My fave combination is cucumber, lime and peppermint. 

Another year, another Tarte palette. I have wanted this one for a really long time. The colours are perfect!!!

Sunglasses - Mr Boho

After coming back from San Fran, I started rematching Charmed and it's still one of my faves, I adore it! Seeing all the SF places now, is very special as well. Season 6 is still the best, what do you think?!

Next up, we have some lipsticks. The first one is a chubby stick from Clinique. It's called "two ton tomato". I usually wear it everyday, because it just helps bring out my natural lip color. 

The other two are from MAC, called "Lustering" (pink) and "See Sheer". Both colours are just great!

One of two Coach bags. This is a little one in light blue. Perfect for a night out.

This one is bigger and you can even make it more bigger. The red is fab and it fits so many things!

I bought both bags at an outlet store, where they usually have a very different selection to the actual store.

In my city we are organizing a big choir night. 3 1 choirs will participate and sing in the old town. I will be with two choirs. To raise some money for it, we have these blue bands with the website on it. I wear it everyday and you can also use it as a hairband. 

Last but not least, we have hand lettering. I have this book to practice in and bought lots of pens for it. I write down quotes and other things. I'm not very good at it, but it's so much fun and very relaxing. 

2017 Favourites – July to December

First up this fab L'Oreal Mascara. It’s great and perfect for my lashes. It's the Paradise Ecstatic and it came out this autumn.

Then we have these lovely Chilly Bottles. They are just awesome!!!! You can get them in different sizes and colours, they even have patterns. They keep your drink hot or cold, it’s fab.

My scarf is from Passigatti. It’s bordeaux/dark red and I love this colour for winter and autumn. I could show you more clothing pieces, but they will come up in my Fashion Corners, so I will stop here.

One more though, this lovely headband I bought it at the Christmas Market in Einsiedeln. I have hats, but they always make my hair look terrible, so I bought this as an alternative.

My mum got me a new Coach bag from the States and I’m in love with it. I know it’s Coach again, but it’s my fave brand. I love the colours in the bag and I think it’s great for all seasons.

At the airport in Lisbon I bought the best sunglasses ever, I adore them!!! They are from a brand called Mr Boho.

Last but not least: jewellery. I have some wonderful new earrings and rings, aren’t they pretty. They are from Pierre Lang and the white ones from Sence.

My Favourite Lipsticks for Spring and Summer

I have shared my favourite lipsticks for autumn and winter in this post: http://simonascornerofdreams.blogspot.ch/2017/01/my-favourite-lipsticks-for-autumn-and.html and now it's time to talk about my faves for spring and summer. 

For spring and summer I love different shades of coral, a bit of pink and even some bright red. 

The first three are from MAC. They are called Costa Chic, Sunny Seoul and Giddy. The most coral one is Sunny Seoul. Cosy Chic I bought this year in Dallas and Giddy I have had for a while, it's more pink than the other. I love the formula of these lipsticks.

These next ones are from Lara Geller, I bought them last year in Dallas at Nordstrom Rack. They are their Love Me Dew Lip Crayons, I have got them on the colours Mango Sorbet, Watermelon Cooler and Happiful. Mango Sorbet and Watermelon Cooler are two corals, one a bit darker than the other and Happiful is a pretty pink. Their formula is fab, they are easy to apply, moisturizing, quick and the smell nice.

Last but not least, we have a Chubby Stick from Clinique in the colour heftiest hibiscus and a Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector. The chubby sticks are great, easy to apply, great selection of colour, I really love them. I bought this one at the airport in dallas. It's a red, with a touch of coral. The Calrins Instant Light Lip Perfector is fab for traveling. It's like a lip gloss, which gives a bit of colours. This one is a mixture between orange and coral. It gives the lips a pink shimmer.

Now, to the very last one. I bought it after taking photos for this post, so I really bought it recently. It's a NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in the color Life's a Beach (Bright Coral). You have to be really careful when applying them, but the color is bright, shiny and very pretty.

My Fave Perfumes

I don't have many perfumes, but the ones I have I really love. I don't get people who try perfume after perfume, if you don't like one fine, but otherwise... Well, anyway, let me talk you through mine. 

This is my absolute fave. It's the "8 Uncovered" by Abercrombie and Fitch, it's actually limited edition and it's just fab. 

It's basically a white musk. It's soft, fresh, clean, natural, slightly sweet, but not too sweet, just how I like it.

This one is from Ralph Lauren. It's part of the big Pony fragrance collection, this is the yellow one. The fragrant composition includes juicy pear and irresistible mimosa. It's fresh, natural and not too sweet, just lovely!

This was a present from my uncle and I really like it. Body Burberry is a luxury chypre - fruity composition that begins with notes of fresh green absinthe, peach and freesia. Roses and iris are in the heart, leaning on the base of sandalwood, cashmerean, musk, amber and vanilla.
