I’m not a great cook and prefer baking actually. However, today I’ll explain you me recipe for my special cucumber salad. There will be baking recipes too don’t worry.
I am a total cucumber lover and could it all the time and in all
different ways.
- - 1 cucumber
- - 200 g crème fraîche
- - 1 lemon
- - 1 table spoon of oil
- - Pepper
- - Salt
- - Dill (spice)

Preparation method:
Peal the cucumber and then cut it in half. Then you take out a bowl and
slice the cucumber. The slices have to be as thin as possible. When you did
that you add the Crème Fraîche into the bowl, as well as the juice of half a
lemon. Add a tablespoon of oil and just a little salt. Next you add the pepper
(about 7 shaking movements), then comes the dill spice (about 14 shaking movements)
and last but not least the Aromat (16 shaking movements). Take a spoon and mix
everything and then enjoy!!! =) Or as we say here in Switzerland: „En guete“ or
„Guten Appetit“.
With the spices you can of course change around a little bit, cause
everybody likes it differently ;).
